Frontier Dermatology (formerly Silver Falls Dermatology)

This was my first experience with this kind of cosmetic work. Everyone was very kind and wonderful. Very comforting and reassuring. I am happy that I chose this office to have my fillers done. She made the pain as minimal as possible. Some bruising, but I expected that, especially since it was my first time having this procedure. I saw some good results immediately and anticipate more as time goes on. Thank you everyone.

I am very happy with the care I got at my first appointment at Frontier Dermatology. Dr. Scopetta was friendly, professional, and thorough. My second appointment with Dr. Whitman for Moh’s surgery went well. I didn’t have to wait long to be taken to the exam room. I appreciated their professionalism and compassion. They thoroughly explained the procedure and aftercare. I highly recommend this medical facility.

My new Dr and her nurse were the greatest. A wonderful team that took my problems very seriously and addresses them all in a very admirable time. Enough to show real concern without trying to cut me off for another patient. I am extremely grateful for meeting this dynamic duo. Looking forward to many more years of wonderful care.

I was a returning patient, making an appointment for an acute concern. Appointment was made Wednesday for today at 2:50PM. Received a call at 12:59pm that my 2:50pm appointment was cancelled due to "Low staff." When I called back and inquired why I was just being notified, the (kind and professional) scheduler reported there was a note a previous call had been made and a VM left. This is not accurate as our cell phones keep track of all calls and no other call was received, let alone a message. Their policy is to charge a fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of appointment, but they are able to cancel within 3 hours of appointment. When offered a reschedule, it was for 7:40AM on Tuesday. As I had already moved my schedule for today's appointment, I clarified that if I took Tuesday's appointment and then could not make it work, I would be required to cancel within 24 hours or be charged a cancellation fee. "Yes," that is correct. Well, this means I have to call prior to 7:40AM on Monday, they are closed the weekend and don't open until 8:00am on Monday????? I ended up not rescheduling, I have lost faith that patient care is above profit.
